Junior Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef – 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide We are looking for a full-time Junoir Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and excellent attention to detail and some experience in the pastry section of a large Hotel. Responsibilities will include: · Dessert and pastry preparation · Service and presentation of all pastries · Ordering of stock for pastry section · Creativity and menu design regarding pastries · Responsible for hygiene and compliance within the pastry section · Responsible for stock control within the pastry section · Assisting in other areas of the Kitchen as and when required.
