As our Head of Learning & Development, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs across all departments. From onboarding to leadership development, you’ll drive a culture of continuous learning and empower our teams to excel in efficiency, operations, and colleague satisfaction. Key role accountabilities: •Design a Learning and Development strategic plan to support the execution of our overall divisionalbusiness strategy. •Plan for and execute the rollout of our first ever Food Group wide Leadership and Management •Design and execute a plan to strategically embed our new LMS system. •Ensure all departments across the business have a well-considered and executed L&D plan to supportbusiness optimisation and data transformation. •Utilise our new LMS system to digitalise all training and learning records across all sites. •Create a strategic plan on rolling out and embedding our newly defined Leadership Principles. •Utilise data coming from weekly reporting along with employee survey results and insights from focusgroups to create bite sized learning interventions for our front-line management team. •Support HR site managers to create, embed and monitor a site-based L&D plan that adds value andincreases innovation. •Supporting the embedding of a streamlined training matrix for operational teams across all sites. •Cross divisional project work within the L&D space will be a key aspect of this role. Operations Graduate
The operations function within ABP ensures that our products are safe, legally compliant and meet with our customer requirements. Our graduate program will provide individuals with a thorough understanding of all operational aspects of our business from abattoir to finished product. As a graduate you will have a structured development program supported by your manager, mentor and learning department. You will rotate across a minimum of 3 sites during the 2 year period. We have 5 sites in NI including ABP Lurgan, ABP Newry, Linden Foods Retail Dungannon, Linden Foods Primal Dungannon and Kettyle Irish Foods Lisnaskea. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant team in an all-encompassing training program! Business Development Specialist
Alliance Medical are recruiting for a Business Development Specialist for the West region of Ireland (to cover our current sites in Galway & Sligo). The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for building, supporting and maintaining relationships with our broad customer base including the HSE, Consultants, hospital teams etc. This role will encompass developing our diagnostic business in the Dublin region through developing relationships with our referrers including GP’s and consultants. This role is part time, 2 days per week (15 hours) and offers a permanent contract.
