Main Purpose of Job: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join Connolly Motor Group team, within the Sales team at Mercedes-Benz, Sligo.The successful candidate will be required to ensure the team continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to ensure the company business plan is met via the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products. To ensure that the margins achieved on the sale of all dealership products are in line with manufacturer standards. To ensure that the sales team delivers the highest standard of service and that every opportunity is taken to continuously improve working methods and standards. Role Responsibilities:
General Operative
SECTION 1: THE ROLE Cork County Council invites applications from suitably qualified persons, who wish to be considered for inclusion on a panel from which permanent and seasonal vacancies for General Operative may be filled. Positions may arise in any area of the Council’s function areas which include Roads, Housing and Environment. The duties will be of a general, manual, or related nature and as may be determined by the local authority. The person/s appointed will work under the direction and control of the Senior Executive Engineer, District Supervisor, General Services Supervisor or other officer designated by the Director of Services or the Chief Executive. SECTION 2: DUTIES The duties may include but are not limited to the following and the post holder may be required to perform other duties as appropriate to the post which may be assigned to him/her from time to time. Roads: Staff may be required to work overtime outside of normal working hours as required by the Supervisor. These arrangements may be varied and you will be notified of any variation as required. SECTION 8: ANNUAL LEAVE The current annual leave entitlement is 25 days per annum inclusive of Good Friday on a pro-rata basis for period worked. Cork County Council’s leave year runs from 1st January to 31st December. Granting of annual leave, payment for annual leave and arrangements for public holidays will be governed by the provisions of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 (as amended). SECTION 9: ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN IRELAND Please note that in order to work in Ireland, a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid Employment Permit. Should you be successful in the selection process, prior to appointment you will be required to confirm that you are in possession of same. OneSource Customer Operations
OneSource Customer Operations has a couple of facets: In his/her role as Customer Service Representative , he/she manages the portfolio of instruments agreed with PerkinElmer on behalf of the client(s). He/she is responsible for planning the work required on contracted and sometimes non-contracted instruments, for organising and coordinating the work and must ensure that non-contracted work is invoiced. He/she operates on the customer's site(s), in compliance with quality/safety and deadline objectives in order to guarantee an optimum level of equipment operation and thus customer satisfaction. In his/her role as Tech Admin , he/she is responsible for ensuring that Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental rules are applied during supplier operations. He/she will operate on the customer's site(s) or remotely from another site, in compliance with quality and deadline objectives, in order to ensure optimum performance of services, contribute to improving their monitoring and thus maintain and develop customer satisfaction. We’re on the hunt for School Meals Cover Staff - reliable, adaptable people who can jump into action at short notice and keep things running like clockwork. This isn’t your typical 9 - 5. You’ll be our on-the-ground hero, stepping into different schools as needed (when our staff in the schools are absent), bringing the smiles, and making sure no child goes hungry. If you’re looking for routine and predictability, this might not be for you. But if you like variety, enjoy being out and about, this could be your perfect fit - keeping you on your toes and feeling young! Just like our regular school meals workers, you will be the smiley face representing us in the school. All meals are prepared in our headquarters in Nenagh, Tipperary, and then delivered to the schools. It’s from there that you’ll take over. Your duties will consist of heating the meals in the oven and then distributing them to classrooms. If there’s no need for staff cover on a given day, you’ll head out to schools to carry out simple (but effective) audits. Our goal is always to provide the best possible service to children - and that includes staying on top of hygiene standards and following all HACCP and EHO guidelines.
