Start and finish times with be either 6.40am to 3.20pm, 7.40am to 4.20pm and 10.20am to 7pm. These shifts are subject to change. This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month. • Strong communication skills. • Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. • Valid UK or Irish driving licence. Site Manager
WORKING HOURS: 52.5 hours per week which will normally be distributed between Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00pm. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The post holder will have responsibility for the management of various projects at client sites throughout UK, Ireland and Europe.
