Role Purpose As a Higher Executive Officer (HEO) within the User Complaints & Dispute Resolution team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing caseloads, processes, and regulatory compliance within this division in Coimisiún naMeán. You will be required to lead and coordinate efforts across your team, ensuring timely project execution, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and continuous improvement of departmental processes. Location: Clarin Services provides community-based day, respite and residential services to adults with varying support needs based on personal outcome measures. Location: Clarin service is a developing community-based day and residential service in East Galway environs. We provide individualised services, centre-based and community-based day and residential service to adults with high support needs, based on personal outcome measures. We strive to provide an excellent service, integrating the community as much as possible into the daily lives of the people supported by the services. The Role: To provide clinical nursing skills in supporting people with intellectual disabilities in achieving optimum level of independence. To exhibit and maintain the highest quality of nursing practice and apply their skills to ensure the physical, social, emotional needs of the people supported by the services in their care are addressed at all times.
