Within Group Change, the Enterprise Architecture & Design team is responsible for translating strategic plans into implementable initiatives and ensuring that all change is designed correctly at both an individual program level and enterprise-wide level in line with the Bank’s strategy. The Senior Lean Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Lean strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to define an enterprise-wide process architecture, implement process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
