The Role This is a maternity cover role. Reporting to the Customer Services Senior Lead, the Customer Services Officer will assist with customer queries and administration within the Customer Services team. The post holder will play a key role in providing administrative resource for new gas connections and maintenance of our network, answering calls and responding to emails and queries as directed by the Customer Services Senior Lead.
