St. Luke's Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON), is dedicated to being a world class leader in cancer treatment, patient care, research and education. In striving for excellence, the holistic needs of our patients and their families are our greatest concern. SLRON is the sole provider of several specialist services, including external beam radiotherapy, brachytherapy, and radical radiotherapy, and is the largest provider of Radiotherapy (RT) services in the country – we treat over half of all patients who receive RT, and operate in line with the national cancer strategy and national policy. The Facilities Co-ordinator's primary responsibility for this position will be to work as a member of Network Operational Services to support local SJRON/BRON Facilities resources and to ensure the smooth co-ordination of all facilities/project work related tasks across the SLROC BC and SLROC SJC sites. Sometime will also be spent at the site in Rathgar. This will also include the managing of our Helpdesk and maintaining our service software. There is currently 1 permanent whole-time vacancy available in St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network. The successful candidate will be expected to cover three sites as required on a weekly basis: St Luke’s Hospital Rathgar, SLRON St James Centre and SLRON Beaumont Centre.
