Baker
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide our customers with excellent quality products and customer service. The ideal candidate will have/be: Previous food preparation and production experience is desirable Qualified baker is a distinct advantage Creative and able to embrace new recipes Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Deli Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. The ideal candidate will have/be: HACCP training is desirable but not necessary Excellent communication skills Previous customer service experience is an advantage The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers. ABOUT THE ROLE: As Senior Care Coordinator, you are responsible for driving the growth of company in your region whilst upholding high levels of system compliance by leading your team of Coordinators.
