A great opportunity has recently arisen for an MRO & Maintenance Administrator (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations items) to join our Castlebar, Co. Mayo site. The facilities employs more than 1400 staff and we operate 24/7. In this role you will work closely with multiple teams including Production, Engineering and other support functions. Requirements of the role: · Monitor extensive KPi’s monthly for management of MRO · Monthly basket review of purchases for validity of prices · Extensive deep dive into 5000 frequent moving items in MRO (with stock value of €14M) to establish true baseline cost · Work with Vantive Engineering teams (Project and Maintenance) to add new parts · Ensure baseline costs for new parts is established from Vantive viewpoint prior to item being added to MRO · Monitor and ensure 12 month 100% cycle count of store is completed (27,000 items) · Monitor and ensure Swinford MRO is also being managed per contract agreement · Liaise with Vantive technical teams to drive savings either by better purchasing options of like for like items or identifying identical specification options at better prices to maximise savings · Ensure all savings are being documented by contractors to maximise savings and not just “meeting” contract minimum savings · Establish and set procedures around any new opportunities with an MRO management company for Vendor Managed Inventory or stock management of some non-BOM production consumables · Monitor contractor performance to contribute to decision on continuation of MRO contracts. General Machine Operative
Job Description The role of General Operative works as part of the production/ picking line team, and will be responsible for operating and running machines to maximum efficiency and capacity. The successful candidate will also carry out quality checks during production and report any machinery or product issues. General Operatives 1. Service Manager
Purpose of the role The Service Manager (Person in Charge) must be suitably qualified and an experienced manager, with responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of the service/s with Resilience in line with relevant regulations. The CNM2 will support the Team Leader and staff teams and be responsible for the overall operational management of the service. With Person in Charge responsibilities, the CNM2 will be responsible for ensuring that the service meets the regulations as laid out in the Health Act 2007. He/ she is the person with the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of service/s within his/her remit. The manager (PIC) will manage residential services in accordance with “National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities (January 2013) and the “Health Act 2007 (Care and Support of Residents in Designated Centres for Persons (Children and Adults) with Disabilities) Regulations 2013. To listen to, learn from, support and work to achieve the priorities of our service users. To provide them with a home-from-home and the opportunity to live life to their full potential. Team Lead, Residential House
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering quality standards of care and support to children with intellectual disabilities and/or challenging behaviours. Full time 40-hour contract. Day, afternoon and/or evening shifts. This role will entail 20 hours’ frontline and 20 hours’ administration. The successful candidate will report to the Service Manager/Person in Charge (PIC) and will play a key role in ensuring the provision of high quality, responsive and sustainable services in accordance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation.
