Treatment Coordinator
This role of the Treatment Coordinator (TCO) is to ensure the Patient has a smooth and positive experience when visiting the Practice from when they enter, throughout treatment and aftercare. TCOs manage appointments, support with coordinating treatment plans, answer patient questions and support with related administration. What does this role involve? This role is responsible for the daily supervision of manual dispense team, ensuring that all component is processed in accordance with work orders and standard operating procedures. This is an extremely varied role that will require you to develop a varied skillset, including: • Ensuring that material is dispensed in accordance with process specifications and to the daily schedule, whilst ensuring all output targets are met. • Leading the team and ensuring staff are operating efficiently and following all departmental and company policies. • Operation of various laboratory equipment and machinery • Ensuring the laboratory environment is always clean, organised and audit ready • Use of Sage stock control system to order planned work, liaising with other manufacturing departments • Monitor and review staff productivity and output and ensure all staff are working efficiently and to company standards • Report daily progress to the supervisor and highlight any issues immediately • Ensure all records are completed correctly and to ISO accreditation standards Who can apply? Temporary Synmed Operator
ROLE This is a non-customer facing role to aid the Pharmacist/Site supervisor in the production of monitored dosage systems using an automated dispensing system; working alongside a small team of other operatives, technicians and pharmacists. Primary duties will include the operation of the Synmed dispensing robot (no previous experience required), deblistering of medication, receipt and filing of orders, processing of completed trays and ensuring accurate distribution to destination stores. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Please note this is a temporary role covering maternity.
