Reservoir Engineer
Support the delegated Reservoir Manager under the Reservoir Act (NI) 2015 to ensure that all statutory health and safety arrangements, inspection, work plans and emergency plans are in place for the effective operation of the reservoirs. Ensure that all the Green Infrastructure staff and operations comply with Health & Safety legislation in line with the departmental Health and Safety management system and corporate policy in compliance with ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management standard. Manage and monitor the software applications for uploading and recording health and safety Reservoir & Green Infrastructure requirements to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
Finance And Payroll Assistant
Assist with the day-day administration of the Payroll/Pensions function and associated duties including processing, validating in compliance with PAYE, Superannuation Scheme, stakeholder requirements including legislative, statutory, regulatory requirements and Council procedures. Maintenance and delivery of financial administrative services for Accounts Receivable in accordance with financial regulations. Provide cashier and administrative support to the Assurance team.
