Purpose of the role The  Service Manager (Person in Charge)  must be suitably qualified and an experienced manager, with responsibility, authority and accountability for the provision of the service/s with Resilience in line with relevant regulations. The  CNM2  will support the Team Leader and staff teams and be responsible for the overall operational management of the service. With Person in Charge responsibilities, the CNM2 will be responsible for ensuring that the service meets the regulations as laid out in the Health Act 2007. He/ she is the person with the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of service/s within his/her remit.
