IT Project Analyst
We are currently seeking an IT Factory Projects Coordinator to support the next phases of our ERP system rollout. We have implemented Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial), with phases 1 and 2—focused on office operations—already complete. This role will play a key part in the implementation of phases 3 and 4, which focus on our factory operations. The primary objective is the deployment of Factory Track, Infor’s solution for shop floor, stores, and quality management. This role will also explore and implement opportunities to digitalise factory processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Hours of work: Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40hrs) per week. Precast Setup Technician
We are currently recruiting for Precast Setup Technicians to join our growing Production team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to setup precast units, including moulds, positions for reinforcement, lifters, timber, rebar cage, cover, inserts and to achieve specified concrete finishes and operate as part of our expanding team in the production of precast concrete products in accordance with Company standards and targets, adhering to the daily production plan e.g., preparing moulds, pouring concrete, producing all planned products, carrying out tasks effectively and meeting health and safety standards. As part of our growing team, you will be contributing to the construction Industry and also award-winning Coastal Protection, Road and Rail projects across the UK and Ireland. Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with x2 30-minute breaks. Daily hours either 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm to be confirmed at Interview Stage. Job responsibilities: To comply with the SHEQ Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management system To participate in all aspects of the Operational Excellence approach. To read drawings and plans accurately and relay correct information. Attention to detail within drawings and plans. To setup precast units, including moulds, positions for reinforcement, lifters, and to achieve specified concrete finishes. Liaise with the Technical Department to resolve any issues. To maintain adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc. To participate in any training as agreed per the plan. To communicate daily with the Team Leader on progress. To complete all daily required production records e.g., Timesheets. To achieve an acceptable level of housekeeping. To participate in continue improvement and problem-solving initiative. Ability to work flexibly within the Production department and work within any area required. Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in Construction or similar. And/or 3 years’ experience in reading drawings and pour setups. Work experience in construction or civil engineering related projects. GALWAY Job REF: 99753 Location: Orchard service is a developing community-based day and residential service in East Galway environs. We provide individualised services, centre-based and community-based day and residential service to adults with high support needs, based on personal outcome measures. We strive to provide an excellent service, integrating the community as much as possible into the daily lives of the people supported by the services. The Role: To provide clinical nursing skills in supporting people with intellectual disabilities in achieving optimum level of independence. To exhibit and maintain the highest quality of nursing practice and apply their skills to ensure the physical, social, emotional needs of the people supported by the services in their care are addressed at all times. Be responsible for the provision of nursing care and be an informed resource for educating support workers and family members, which shall benefit people supported by the services. Reporting/Responsible To: Team Leader/ Team Manager /Service Co-ordinator/Area Manager. Works With: The people supported by the services and their families and carers/Team Leaders/ other managers /Multidisciplinary staff Qualifications: A current Live Register Certificate with the NMBI (An Bord Altranais), RNID or RGN qualification is highly desirable. A full clean manual Driving Licence, which qualifies you to drive manual transmission vehicles on Irish Roads and use of your own car is an essential requirement. Experience of working with people with an intellectual disability and complex needs is desirable; however induction and training will be provided. Fluency in verbal and written English is an essential requirement of this post, along with proficiency in IT Skills. Experience: Candidates must have a level of experience sufficient to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post together with an appreciation of the needs of persons with an intellectual disability. Experience of working with people with challenging behaviour and mental health is an advantage.
