Solicitor
AmTrust International are currently looking for a Solicitor to join our team based out of our London office. The role will be reporting directly to the Head of International Litigation and be providing day to day operational conduct associated with insurance and corporate related litigation. Within the role you will: · Assistance to Claims with coverage and defence advice across Property, LEI, warranty and motor products. · Assistance and ad hoc advice to Complaints and Data Protection Office on contentious matters. · Advice on and conduct of general commercial, corporate, IP/ IT and real estate contentious issues arising within the business. · Internal reporting on litigation matters to C-Suite and internal audit, including tracking spend, SLAs and KPI. · Management of solicitor and paralegal conducting Small Claims / Fast Track litigation in-house. · Instructing external solicitors and counsel, both UK and internationally, where appropriate. · Comply with AmTrust procedures, policies and regulations as relevant to remit. · Ensure you and your direct reports complete all mandatory and job specific training requirements in line with the required time frames. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years professional experience, knowledge of insurance distribution, Insurance coverage and defence and commercial disputes. Also required is Experience in the conduct of Small Claims, Fast Track, Intermediate Track and Multi-Track Litigation. Clinical Nurse Manager, Neurodisability
Purpose of the Role Caseload: Children and young people under 16 years of age. The post holder will focus initially on the following patient groups: children with a complex neurodisability/neurodevelopmental condition, children with a diagnosis of ASD/autism encountering such issues as continence, sleep and feeding challenges and any other child requiring neurodisability/neurodevelopmental care support. The post holder will work with the Children’s Neurodisability/Neurodevelopmental Consultants, Nursing and MDT at CHI at Tallaght to support the development and delivery of specialist neurodisability/neurodevelopmental services. The CNM2 in Neurodisability is a defined area of nursing practice that requires the application of specially focused knowledge and skills, which are both in demand and required to improve the quality of patient care and meet service needs. The post holder is responsible for providing specialist, evidence based nursing care to children and their families. Essential Criteria: · Be registered in the Children’s Division of the active Register held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered. · Have 5 years post registration experience and a minimum of 2 years in the specialty or related area. · Have a recognised post graduate course relevant to the area of Neurodisability/Complex NeedsNursing of not less than a level 8 on the NFQ framework. · Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
