We are looking to hire a Sales Representative for our Wood Division, covering County Wexford. Your Mission We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our Wood Division. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to clients in the industry. You will work to build strong relationships with new and existing customers and meet sales targets while contributing to the growth of our company. Duties and Responsibilities · Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed targets for your assigned territory. · Promote Multi-Channel Offering : Promote our services offered across all contact points including Shops/Online/Telesales and Systems. · Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Target new potential customers within the industry to drive sales growth. · Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers across all customer bases (small, medium and large) to ensure ongoing business and achieve growth potential. · Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a commitment to developing knowledge of our products and services to deliver accurate advice and information as well as tailored recommendations to customers. · Sales Demonstrations: Showcase our products and services to customers, providing detailed quotations, and highlighting the benefits to secure sales! · Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to your customer base, going above and beyond to meet their needs. · Territory Planning: Plan and manage your territory effectively in consultation with your Area Sales Manager to ensure maximum regional coverage. · Order & Information Management: Maintain customer and order data entry and all other relevant information using the in-house iPad “Speedy” system. Eligibility Criteria · Experience: Sales experience desirable but only a willingness to learn and eagerness to work! · Passion for Selling: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service through sales. · IT Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to inhouse systems or applications. · Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving. · Driving Licence: Full clean driving licence essential. Details of Service: The post holder will join a positive behaviour support service to provide assessment and intervention services to adults with intellectual disability receiving day and residential supports from Corlann Clare. Purpose of the Post: To support the achievement of valued roles and personal outcomes for the people we support by facilitating individuals, staff and families to understand and address needs and preferences communicated through behaviour that challenges. Qualifications/Experience: Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the Post: 1. Work as part of the Positive Behaviour Support team in supporting individuals, families and staff in relation to challenging behaviour. 2. Promote knowledge, understanding and skills and techniques of positive behaviour support within the context of individualised planning aimed at achieving valued outcomes for the people we support. 3. Provide high quality supports to staff teams, families and individuals in comprehensive behavioural assessment. 4. Provide high quality support to staff teams, families and individuals in the development, implementation and maintenance of positive behaviour support plans. 5. Possess an excellent knowledge and ability in the assessment of challenging behaviour, development of effective behaviour support plans, implementation and review of behaviour support strategies. 6. Be fluent in SIT (Safety Intervention Training) approach to crisis management and have the ability to support staff and families in the development of appropriate and well-informed crisis support strategies. 7. Undertake the role of Safety Intervention Trainer 8. Provide training in positive behaviour support and related topics/areas to staff and families when required. 9. Contribute to the achievement of the overall organisational goals in relation to the development and delivery of positive behaviour support. 10. Maintain a highly professional, supportive and respectful manner in providing consultation, training and crisis response to families, individuals and staff teams. 11. Facilitate and promote good communication, rapport, collaboration and relationships with individuals, staff and families. 12. Have a detailed knowledge of Corlann local and national policies in relation to Challenging Behaviour and Restrictive Practices as well as relevant legislation and best practice guidelines. 13. Keep up to date with evidence based best practice in Positive behaviour Support. 14. Participate in and contribute to supervision and ongoing training and development. 15. Understand and operate all relevant local and organisational procedures and directives made available through the Manager. 16. Ensure that all matters relating to individuals availing of our service are confidential. 17. Be conscious of Health & Safety matters in the workplace and, in particular, to comply with employees’ obligations as set out under Section 2 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005. Ensure that the procedures set out in the Safety Statement are implemented at all times. Become familiar with and practise fire drill procedures within places of work, i.e. fire detection, evacuation and fire fighting. 18. It is your duty to report any concerns you have for the safety and welfare of the clients to your Manager immediately in line with Trust in Care 2005. 19. To ensure that all accidents are reported promptly. 20. To attend all training that is offered to you, so that you fully understand and work with all the procedures and guidelines within the organisation, with a particular emphasis on those concerned with alleged abuse. 21. To perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Clinical Manager (or Designate). 22. As the duties and responsibilities of any post in the Services are likely to change with the ongoing needs of the Service, staff are expected to have a high level of flexibility, and a willingness and an ability to develop new approaches to their work, which may also involve working in different geographical areas.
