Key responsibilities include: • Receiving and properly storing deliveries. • Managing stock rotation and replenishment. • Organising and maintaining the storeroom. • Adhering to health and safety regulations in the workplace, including the use of the HACCP system. • Conducting thorough deep cleaning of the kitchen, including equipment and storage areas as required. • Complying with all company and legal procedures related to food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and personal requirements. Job summary We currently have a vacancy for a Part Time Warehouse Goods Delivery Van Drivers based at our Support Office in Belfast. Hours of work will be 32 hours per week, working between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Working as part of a busy warehouse team you will be required to deliver goods from the warehouse to our branches throughout Northern Ireland. This position will involve heavy lifting duties from time to time. A safe and capable driver is vital. Please note that CV's will not be accepted. Finance Business Partner
The College is seeking applications for a Finance Business Partner based in our Strand Road Campus. This is a key role within the Financial Department reporting directly to the College Accountant. The postholder will have responsibility for accurately recording and maintaining information for budget holders serving as the first point of contact for all financial matters including budget management and financial reporting support. The postholder will be responsible for key aspects of the General Ledger including Bank Reconciliation’s and will oversee the management of the National Fraud Initiative (NFI) to prevent and detect fraud and to protect public funds. Through this Scheme, the young people will be introduced to different forms of physical activity which will breakdown existing barriers to their participation and enhance their active lifestyles, health and confidence. The post holders will be required to assist with the co-ordination and organisation of the programme of activities and care for the young people attending the Scheme. Despatch Operator
The Role: Supply production with packaging, intermediate product, pallets and ingredients as and when required in line with production schedules ensuring routine operation is not disrupted; Maintain Stock rotation and reconciliation of ingredients & packaging; Ensure that the cleaning schedule for the warehouse, despatch area, weighbridge and loading yard is periodically completed; Complete twice monthly physical stock take of packaging & finished goods and submit in a timely manner to admin; Ensure that raw material, packaging stock added value ingredients and allergens are stored to the BRC standard; Loading and unloading of Lorries of despatched and received goods. The Person: A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role; Previous experience of stock taking, packaging, ingredients & finished goods, and adjusting variances; High standard of written and spoken English; Good standard of administration and IT skills; A working appreciation of health and safety legislation. Preference will be given to candidates with: At least 1 years fork truck experience and valid licence (Counter Balance, Reach, and Pallet Truck); A shunter licence. Normal working pattern is Monday to Friday 2.00pm to 10.30pm.
