Key responsibilities include: • Receiving and properly storing deliveries. • Managing stock rotation and replenishment. • Organising and maintaining the storeroom. • Adhering to health and safety regulations in the workplace, including the use of the HACCP system. • Conducting thorough deep cleaning of the kitchen, including equipment and storage areas as required. • Complying with all company and legal procedures related to food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and personal requirements.
