Quality & Certification Advisor
The overall purpose of this role is to provide support to the Quality & Standards team in delivering the Accommodation Certification Scheme and the Quality Grading Scheme. IT Support Technician
Key Responsibilities: General IT Support · Provide 1st Line Technical Support across all departments. · Assist with software and hardware support in a timely and efficient manner. · Minimise interruptions to IT services by troubleshooting issues promptly. · Liaise with third-party suppliers or support services when necessary. · Train and transfer knowledge to internal teams. System & Network Administration · Active Directory (AD) administration: user and security group creation, permission allocation. · Private Branch Exchange (PBX) administration: assign and set up internal extensions. · Diagnostic testing and support for Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Linux operating systems. · Maintain network infrastructure. · Proactive server support and upkeep. · Office 365 tenant management. · ERP (NAV) maintenance and development. · CCTV administration and maintenance. At Genesis Bakery in Magherafelt, we are currently recruiting for Bakery Staff, pay rate is £12.50 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience) +£1 nightshift allowance per hour. You may have the opportunity to increase the rate, as you develop and become more multi-skilled and competent across sections in the factory. Roles available Our Bakery has many sections. You will be part of working as one big team, with each area playing an equally important role in the Genesis production process. Bakery: This section receives raw materials, weighs ingredients, mixes and prepares all sorts of delicious things. It can involve heavy lifting and moving of ingredients and precision of weighting. Baking / Ovens: This is where goods are baked in our ovens. This section bakes and de-pans the goodies fresh from the ovens and cools them. It can be a very warm environment and precise attention to detail is required to ensure temperature and timings are exact. Machine Operator: As a Machine Operator in our bakery, you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure the efficient and safe processing of baked goods. This includes setting up equipment, performing routine checks, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards throughout the shift. Ideal candidates will have good attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
