The ideal candidate will have/be: 2 years€,, experience in a retail role is desirable Ability to balance tills Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Main Duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative Use a computerised till system that has a barcode scanner Weigh and price products such as fruit and vegetables Check customers` ages for restrictions on items such as alcohol Pack customer€,,s purchases Process store loyalty cards, coupons and vouchers Take payments and make sure the till balances at the end of the day Spend time away from the till, stocking shelves and checking stock Merchandise and present the department to the highest standard at all times Attend and engage in team meetings and implement any learnings

Profile of Craft Core Skills Carpentry & Joinery Construction The Trade of Carpentry & Joinery is very wide and varied, it encompasses most of the skills required by the Wood Trades. These skills required of the Carpenter & Joiner are not confined to those required to work in wood but include skills in the use of metals, plastics and fabrics. The Carpenter & Joiner is also required to work in a cross section of domains within the overall trade. The following are some examples: Joinery Shop: This section of the occupation requires the Carpenter & Joiner to engage in setting out, production and assembling items of joinery which include stairs, doors, windows and built-in furniture. Site Work: Site work is the construction of buildings or houses which require 1st fixing, formwork roofs and 2nd fixing. This section is split into two categories, constructing/civil engineering contracts. Maintenance: Maintenance work requires the Carpenter & Joiner to carry out a variety of tasks in general maintenance and upkeep of public and private buildings, e.g. shops and factories. There are other areas associated with the trade which include: renovating buildings, shopfitting, exhibition/display work. Ryan & Company is a Carrickmacross-based accountancy practice providing audit, accounts and tax services to owner-managed businesses, farmers and sole traders across Co. Monaghan. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Accounting Technician through the ATI Apprenticeship Programme (QQI Level 6). The role is office-based and combines four days per week of hands-on practice experience with one day of college study at Monaghan Institute of Further Education. You will gain practical exposure across accounts preparation, VAT and tax returns, bookkeeping, and company secretarial matters from day one.
