Key Accountabilities: · Co-ordinate the administration function of the fleet systems to maintain compliance with relevant safety & environmental standards, fleet accreditation, & legislative requirements. · Continuous administration of the Fleet management system “Truckfile”, ensuring vehicle documents, test reports, and inspections are updated. · Take responsibility for maintaining the Fleet asset register, ensuring vehicle data is always accurate. · Monitoring of all 3rd party vendors ensuring they are completing their scheduled fleet maintenance activities on time and submitting their respective fleet documents onto “Truckfile” for assessment. · Supporting the Fleet Manager with regular tasks involving cost & vehicle performance analysis. · Compile monthly reports for all relevant functions & communicate performance via metrics to all relevant stakeholders. · Conducting and compiling vehicle audits, identifying defects and following up with workshops to ensure repairs are completed. · Assist with the Company Car Fleets driver defects, arranging repairs/services/call outs for breakdowns. · Ensuring the Sysco Ireland Fleet remains in-line with all current and legislative requirements vital to our company’s integrity as the lead Food distributor in Ireland. · Maintain and update all Transport driver databases, including license, CPC, and H&S training records. · Registering and coordinating New Vehicles set up prior to first use – Tachomaster/Toll-Tags/Truckfile etc. · Assist Transport teams with tachograph/driver’s hours compliance. · Liaise with Transport managers on compliance issues with the aim to reduce risk and increase overall vehicle/driver performance. Requirements: · 2+ years’ experience in an Administration role in a large organisation. · Qualification in administration desirable · A self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative, within the Fleet and other site teams while managing multiple tasks across busy sites. · Excellent communicator. · Excellent Computer skills with a very good working knowledge of full range of MS Office packages. · Will be able to demonstrate an ability to create concise reports. · Full clean driving licence as there will be travel to other sites on occasion. · Ability to collect large amounts of data, quickly analyse and provide useful metrics for management. · Flexible working hours and excellent organisational skills. This 2 year programme is suited to those who want to pursue a career in commercial driving and want to learn about the wider aspects of the role of the commercial driver. The programme will be delivered using a blended learning approach, with apprentices attending lectures 1 day per week online with ATU Sligo with the remaining 4 days spent embedded in our transport teams. All CDAP apprentices will be assigned a workplace mentor who will guide the apprentice through their journey. Mentors are experienced Transport professionals with valuable industry experience, who will also be trained by ATU Sligo to carry out this important role. During the programme you will gain first hand experience of the fast paced foodservice industry, as well as being an active member of both the Transport and Warehouse operations teams. Upon successful completion you will achieve a Higher Certificate (NFQ level 6) in Business in Transport Services as well as a C/CE driver license. Commercial Finance Business Partner We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a  Commercial Finance Business Partner , a role which is an integral role within the Commercial Finance function of the business. This role will require a high degree of autonomy, working closely with the Finance and Sales management teams to provide high quality commercial support and insight to our Corporate customers. The role will involve management of all financial aspects relevant to this area of our business, to include ongoing maintenance of all financial data relevant to contracts, internal and external reporting requirements, process and systems optimisation, commercial analysis and insights, etc Key Accountabilities: · Business Partner with senior commercial owners in the area and to financial and non-financial teams to provide all stakeholders with insightful commercial and financial support and analysis in order to help with their decision-making. · Proactive interaction and collaboration with key customer contacts in a professional and reliable manner, to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver as needed, at all times working to maintain and further develop the customer relationship. Ensure optimum service delivery levels and customer satisfaction as it relates to customer contract support provided by the Commercial Finance function. · Bottom-up assessment and appraisal of all financial processes and routines related to Corporate customers, identify those that can be automated or otherwise streamlined and develop and execute project plans to implement full automation. Develop business requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis. · Operate as a key link between the Commercial Finance and Business Technology teams through which requirements flow. · Support the governance, control and automation of all processes related to pricing of Corporate customers. Create safeguards for future revenues through the development and improvement of pricing control activities. · Identify, own and further develop the commercial KPI’s and related dashboards and reports to understand and drive commercial performance. · Responsible for consistent and clear commercial and financial reporting on a weekly /monthly / other periodic basis for the Management and Leadership teams. · Partner with relevant business units and teams to review current insights and prepare new insights on commercial and operational trends as they relate to our corporate customers in order to evaluate, monitor and drive business performance.
