Senior Physiotherapist Oncology & Haematology Service
For informal ive treatment with appropriate discharge of patients from hospital. To work in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic intervention and discharge planning along the palliative care pathway To provide physiotherapy leadership to the rehabilitation team and link closely with the medical and surgical teams, surgical oncology physiotherapy seniors and the wider MDT. Close collaborative across the physiotherapy department team structure is essential. To map future acute physiotherapy intervention for oncology patients, including the promotion of physical activity for this cohort, the role of physiotherapy in enhanced recovery pathway, (including pre-habilitation and on-going rehabilitation post discharge) to improve patient outcomes. Senior Physiotherapist In Acute Stroke / Early Supported Discharge
To work closely with the stroke clinical specialist as part of a rotational Senior Physiotherapy team to organise and coordinate the management of hyper acute and acute stroke patients and the Early Supported Discharge (ESD) service in conjunction with the interdisciplinary stroke team and the wider Physiotherapy Department and in accordance with the mission, values and strategic plan of the organisation. To manage, organise, and co-ordinate the physiotherapy acute stroke inpatient service and ESD service, under guidance of the stroke clinical specialist, providing a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to patients in line with service model of care. To provide physiotherapy leadership to the multidisciplinary team and link closely with the stroke multi-disciplinary teams. Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Deli Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provides our customers with excellent quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum 1 years€,, fresh food supervisory experience; Minimum 2 years` experience in a role with strong exposure to fresh food; Fully trained in HACCP and food safety, and has experience in meeting the HACCP and food safety requirements; Experience in ordering for deli departments and managing waste within a fresh food department; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Numerical skills; Ability to roster and adhere to budgets; Excellent communication skills; Have a true passion for the food industry and as such be creative and innovative with the fresh offering; Customer focused manager who can build a quality and loyal customer base; The ability to inspire, lead and motivate employees through support and development.
