Grade VIII Operations Manager/Deputy Manager The Role: The post holder will be responsible for day-to-day operations management and lead on the delivery of ambitious performance improvements across a wide range of subspecialty services. They will also lead on the development and implementation of clinical service redesign and improvement ensuring that the hospital remains at the forefront of service delivery and clinical service innovation and is responsive to potential changes in the external environment.
