Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store€,,s stock management process operates efficiently and effectively at all times and to conclude any other duties as directed to you by the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have/be: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Main duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative Forecast orders correctly at all times during the trading year (particularly at seasonal times) Effectively co-ordinate the ordering for the ambient categories in store using the technologies and processes available Maintain the back-store layout effectively Merchandise and present the store to the highest standard at all times Manage promotional activity effectively in store including - ordering, merchandising and reporting on the value add of the promotion to the store manager Understand the sales versus stock holding and the impact this has on margin and cash flow.

Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provides our customers with excellent quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have/be: Previous food preparation and production experience; Creative; Excellent communication skills; Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs; Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible; Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have/be: Craft butchery course is desirable Numerical skills Excellent communication skills Previous customer service experience is an advantage The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers HACCP training is beneficial but not essential.
