To promote co-operation between the PCSP and relevant statutory, voluntary and community organisations in order to facilitate safer communities through reduced crime, fear of crime and anti-social behaviour. Duration of Appointment: Permanent Hours of Work: 22.5 hours per week The post holder must be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, and Public and extra Statutory Holidays for which the appropriate payment will be made or time in lieu granted if relevant. Student Placement, Building Control

Hours of Work 36 hours per week. The post holder must be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, and Public and extra Statutory Holidays for which the appropriate payment will be made or time in lieu granted if relevant. Duration of appointment Fixed term contract for 50 weeks commencing 01 September 2025. Work Pattern Flexi 36 hours Monday to Friday. Hours of work are kept under review and may change in order to meet operational requirements, providing requisite notice. Location and transferability Based in Council Offices, Newry, these posts will work across the Council District of Newry, Mourne and Down District Council. Whilst the current vacant post is based in Newry, suitable candidates who are placed on a reserve list may be offered a similar post in other Council locations. The post holder may be required to transfer to other locations in accordance with any requirements stated in the Job Description, any reviews of service delivery or other requirements as may arise from time to time. Any amendments made to work location will be implemented following appropriate consultation and provision of reasonable notice. Salary Scale 1b SCP 3-4, currently £24,027 - £24,404 per annum based on a 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked).

ICT Section Officer, University Hospital
Grade VI ICT Section Officer, Cork University Hospital Cork University Hospital (CUH) is the largest university teaching hospital in Ireland and the only Level 1 Trauma centre in the country due to the presence of over 40 different medical and surgical specialties on the campus. CUH is the tertiary referral centre for the HSE Southern area and is the major academic hospital in the South West region. CUH has 800 beds and this will increase further to 1,000 beds on completion of the transfer of additional services to the CUH campus. CUH currently employs 3,600 (WTE) staff of multiple professions and is the primary teaching hospital for the Faculty of Health and Science in University College Cork. There are three hospitals across 3 sites within the CUH Group (CUHG): Cork University Hospital & Cork University Maternity Hospital, Mallow General Hospital and Bantry General Hospital. Cork University Hospital provides management and oversight arrangements for Bantry General Hospital and Mallow General Hospital. The ICT Department at CUH is a focused, flexible unit that manages the ICT infrastructure and business/clinical applications at CUH – in partnership with the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in the HSE.
