We are currently seeking a highly-motivated 2 x Staff Nurse (RNID) to join our team in Hazeldene Children’s Respite House, Barefield, Ennis, Co. Clare Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent Contract Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Salary Scale: €34,492 - €50,362 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Overview of the Post: To provide residential respite to families of children and young adults with disabilities in Clare. The residential support service will be coordinated by the RRM/Service Coordinator, who will prioritise families to be involved in the service, who agrees with each family the type and level of support to be provided. The Nurse will be supervised by and work closely with the RRM. In order to provide a flexible support service, the Nurse will be required to work during evenings and weekends. Overview of Duties & Responsibilities: Please see Job Description for full list The successful candidate will have Essential Criteria: · Have a nursing RNID qualification validated for working in the Republic of Ireland · Have current Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) · Experience of working in a person centred health or social care setting · Have such experience as will enable him/her to provide nursing duties as required · Possess a full clean driving license.
