Student Engagement & Support Administrator
Job Purpose: To provide administrative support in the delivery of key initiatives and projects that enhance the overall student journey and student experience that is key in the Student Engagement and Support Strategy. Location: Omagh Campus. However due to the nature of work within the College, it is anticipated that travel to other sites may be required. Main Duties and Responsibilities: To act as a first contact for the student service engagement service and signpost enquirers to appropriate support. To assist in the delivery of an effective admission’s service particularly during peak periods. To deal with general enquiries from applicants, their families, staff, students and auditors, including CRM, e-mail and telephone enquiries. To receive and input admission forms ensuring that all relevant data is processed accurately via the student management system. To enrol full time and part time students on the appropriate courses on the student management system (Ebs Central). To ensure all College enrolment and course information is maintained in an accurate and up to date manner on the student management system (Ebs Central). To assist with the organisation of Student Open/Registration/Induction events and any other Student Engagement related events. To complete all relevant Student payment schemes, including utilising systems to effectively support and encourage students within these schemes. For example, the Educational Maintenance Allowance Attendance / Payment Scheme, including organising Learning Agreements/ bonus payments. To identify any trends/issues arising from Student attendance records and alert appropriate College staff. Team Leader
The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Job Ref 25-234-TL-CL-WEB Job Role Team Leader (Days & Nights available) Location Croft Communities Residential Services 71 Bloomfield Road Bangor BT20 4UR Salary £14.18 per hour Hours 24hrs per week (Days and Nights) Flexibility is required to work within the rota system in order to meet the needs of the residents, the service and statutory regulation and availability to work evenings and weekends as required. Purpose of the Job Croft Communities Residential Services in Bangor Co. Down, is made up of a residential home, registered with RQIA to provide services for 9 adults who have Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs, as well as a 7 bedded Respite Unit through which adults with learning disabilities can come and stay with us for a break. This service provides an opportunity for the main carers to get a break from caring duties and enables them to refresh and to be able to continue their caring role. The Role As part of the caring team, you will help create and maintain a caring and safe environment where the personal care and social needs of the residents are fulfilled. The Team Leader will support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs. They will support the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care. The role requires participation in the delivery of person-centred care, including personal care and promotion of a team approach at all times with positive and constructive working relationships for the benefit of the service user. Team leaders will also support with the management of budgets and resources effectively. Essential Criteria 1. Professional qualification for example: Professional Social Work qualification and be registered or eligible for registration on appointment on the NISCC’s register. A first level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the Nursing and Midwifery Council. A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC OR A relevant Degree i.e. Psychology, Social Care AND be registered or eligible for registration on appointment on the NISCC’s register.
