About you: · Fully Qualified Electrician with 2+ years’ experience in Facilities and services critical environment. · Proven Experience & competence in, PAT and Thermal imaging predictive maintenance. · Detailed Knowledge of PPM Systems. · Proven competence of Emergency Lighting and Fire Protection and Detection Systems · Basic Handyman, building maintenance skills. · Basic knowledge / understanding of HVAC Systems. · Competent in MS office. · Ability to work in a pressurised environment. · Flexible approach to duties assigned. · Methodical / Analytical approach to work. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Team player. · Proactive “can do” approach. · Previous work experience in a similar role an advantage. · Irish full driving licence. Route Operations Technician
Role Summary: To work to the resolution of daily challenges and problem solving to ensure completions of routes and collections for our customers. You would be part of a team of 3 ensuring the smooth delivery of our service, and efficient operations of our routes and crews. Responsibilities & Duties: · Monitor communications with vehicles, drivers and on-board systems to meet service requirements. · Analyse fleet performance, understand the underlying drivers and proactively work on improvements with the wider Logistics Team and coordinate drivers and crew members based on route demand. · Communicate professionally, effectively and assertively with colleagues. · Confirming completion of scheduled jobs / customer requests Requirements: · You are proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office and Google Suite · Ability to work under own initiative with strong motivational skills. · Exceptional written and communications skills and big picture vision. · Ability to get to the problem, find the solution and get people together to make it happen. · Strong team player, Customer Focused · Be self-motivated and ambitious and enjoy working in a busy environment.
