Clear Pharmacy has an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Pharmacy Student to work in our Lurgan branch. The ideal candidate will work 7.5 hours per week from 9.00am to 5.30pm on alternate Saturdays. Duties will include working across the Pharmacy counter and dispensary. Assisting customers in the selection and purchasing of items, operating the till, sales of over the counter medicines, providing customers with information on symptoms and products, stocking and tidying shelves, merchandising and ordering. Twisel Lodge in Holywood Co. Down, is a residential home, registered with RQIA to provide services for 8 adults who have Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs. For most of our residents Twisel Lodge is their home however as part of the eight-person service, we also provide a ‘respite’ facility through which adults with learning disabilities can come and stay with us for a break. This service provides an opportunity for the main carers to get a break from caring duties and enables them to refresh and to be able to continue their caring role. The Role The Cook provides meals, snacks and refreshments for residents with a range of needs in a small residential home. They will prepare meals in line with individual resident care plans and be responsible for health and safety within the kitchen. Benefits Essential Criteria 1. Hold a minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene or equivalent catering certificate & 6 month’s experience of food preparation in a Commercial/professional kitchen environment OR Minimum of 1 years’ experience as Cook preparing food in a Commercial/professional kitchen environment. 2. Experience maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. 3. Proven ability to work independently. 4. Experience of planning regular menus and overseeing the ordering and maintaining of kitchen supplies. Desirable Criteria 1. A basic understanding of planning and preparing varied healthy meals plans for individuals in a care environment, who may require S.a.L.T recommendations. IT Project Analyst
We are currently seeking an IT Factory Projects Coordinator to support the next phases of our ERP system rollout. We have implemented Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial), with phases 1 and 2—focused on office operations—already complete. This role will play a key part in the implementation of phases 3 and 4, which focus on our factory operations. The primary objective is the deployment of Factory Track, Infor’s solution for shop floor, stores, and quality management. This role will also explore and implement opportunities to digitalise factory processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Hours of work: Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40hrs) per week. Objectives & Responsibilities: Factory Track Support & Training for Unit Leaders and team Leaders Train & support Quality and Maintenance teams during the roll out of new modules Roll Out further use of the handheld scanner in stores Train new users on the use of Syteline and maintain user permissions Create and customise Birst Dashboards to ensure users get the information from the system in an accessible way Maintain data in the ERP system accurately Refine Bills of Manufacture for products for use within system Collate innovative continuous improvement ideas on systems – design minor configurations in-house and investigate viability and phasing for larger projects System Upgrades- Co-ordinate the monthly uplift of Syteline to ensure smooth transition Coordinate Maintenance of IT Infrastructure e.g. PCs, laptops, phones, printers, scanners Support actions to maintain our Cyber Essential certification and reduce Cyber risk Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed through consultation with the Digitalisation Manager. Precast Setup Technician
We are currently recruiting for Precast Setup Technicians to join our growing Production team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to setup precast units, including moulds, positions for reinforcement, lifters, timber, rebar cage, cover, inserts and to achieve specified concrete finishes and operate as part of our expanding team in the production of precast concrete products in accordance with Company standards and targets, adhering to the daily production plan e.g., preparing moulds, pouring concrete, producing all planned products, carrying out tasks effectively and meeting health and safety standards. As part of our growing team, you will be contributing to the construction Industry and also award-winning Coastal Protection, Road and Rail projects across the UK and Ireland. Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with x2 30-minute breaks. Daily hours either 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm to be confirmed at Interview Stage. Job responsibilities: To comply with the SHEQ Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management system To participate in all aspects of the Operational Excellence approach. To read drawings and plans accurately and relay correct information. Attention to detail within drawings and plans. To setup precast units, including moulds, positions for reinforcement, lifters, and to achieve specified concrete finishes. Liaise with the Technical Department to resolve any issues. To maintain adherence to the daily production plan e.g., moulds prepared, all planned products produced, tasks being carried out efficiently etc. To participate in any training as agreed per the plan. To communicate daily with the Team Leader on progress. To complete all daily required production records e.g., Timesheets. To achieve an acceptable level of housekeeping. To participate in continue improvement and problem-solving initiative. Ability to work flexibly within the Production department and work within any area required. Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in Construction or similar. And/or 3 years’ experience in reading drawings and pour setups. Work experience in construction or civil engineering related projects. The ability to read technical/construction drawings. Understanding of Health & Safety at work.
