The post holder will manage the effective day to day operational aspects of the Healthcare Records Department. The HRM will work closely with key stakeholders to support the delivery of the Healthcare Records service in line with national best practice while contributing to improvements through performance management and service standardisation. The Hospital is undergoing a major national change project involving Healthcare Records (moving from paper based to paper light/electronic). The HRM will play a major leadership role in the implementation of the Electronic Health Record System; providing professional advice on the transformation of Health Records Services.
