Job Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programmes Administrator to join Central London Forward within the City of London Corporation, based at Guildhall (EC2). This is an exciting opportunity to support impactful programmes that help central London residents, including those with disabilities or complex barriers, access sustainable employment.Working on the London Connect to Work Programme, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of this large-scale initiative, alongside supporting wider programmes such as the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer.The role includes coordinating meetings and events, managing diaries, preparing papers, taking minutes, maintaining trackers, and supporting data reporting using Excel and CRM systems. Learning Support Assistant
The Learning Support Assistant will have responsibility for providing additional learning support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. They will be required to undertake a range of tasks associated with supporting learners on a range of full time and part time courses, this may include working one-on-one in a small group within a classroom supporting students with their education and social development. A Learning Support Assistant provides support to students who have a learning difficulty and/or disability such as specific literacy difficulties, Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome, mental health difficulties or mobility difficulties.
