The shift is starting at 23.00 on a Monday and finishes at 07.30 on a Saturday **This is a hybrid role requiring 3 nights office attendance in our Park West location each week. Nights in the office are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday subject to business needs.We are looking for an innovative Customer Service Executive to join our world class team in supporting our customers with day to day issues such as password requests, complex issues such as supply chain malfunctions along with other general activities.As you will be the voice of Workhuman, a positive customer experience will be your main key performance indicator. Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprentice
First Year Apprentice Vacancy Due to company expansion, we require 1st year refrigeration & air conditioning apprentices. The apprenticeship offered will be for a four-year period and will involve both on the job and off the job training. We provide full training and development, uniforms, career progression post apprenticeship. Duties will include installation of Commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. The ideal candidate must be able to work within a team. Full training will be provided. Electrical, mechanical or construction work experience an advantage. Minimum leaving certificate required. Must be flexible with working hours when required. Head office based in Dublin but working Nationwide. Full Clean License. Ideally you will be from the Dublin area, but company vehicles traveling daily from Leitrim / Longford area. Safe Pass & Manual handling an advantage. Key aspects of the occupation include close control of temperature/humidity environmental conditions; supply/extraction/filtration of air conditioned heat pumps and energy management systems, storage of blood and medical items, cryogenics and electronic motor applications, At the end of the apprenticeship the Craftsperson will be able to demonstrate competence in the following: Core Skills Installation, service and maintenance of a broad range of high, medium and low temperature refrigeration equipment. Installation, service, maintenance of air conditioning systems and associated plant, ranging from split or remote type heatpumps to large capacity/tonnage chilled water machines. Safe handling and identification of refrigerants. Specialist Skills • Dedicated PLC controllers of large refrigeration plant. • BEMS networking of outstations and slave controllers within buildings to control HVAC plant • Industrial ammonia systems • Large centrifugal/screw machines • VRV systems (inverters).
