Suitable candidates should have some experience handling and organising stock in a customer facing environment, be motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators and have a passion for helping people. As a Sales Assistant working within our nightpack team you should be willing to learn and develop yourself, have a desire to succeed and to contribute to our positive team environment aswell as promoting our unique brand. Our Checkout Managers are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the checkout area and to maintain a high standard of customer care at all times. The role involves the training and development of staff on checkout procedures and customer care, dealing with staff rosters and performance and monitoring the security in and around the Checkout Area as well as ensuring that our customers receive the most efficient and courteous service at all times. As part of the management team, ideal candidates should be very customer focused, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have good organisational skills.
