Role Requirements: • Formally trained. • Fully certified in HACCP. • Trained in modified food as per SALT guidelines. • Comply with all Food hygiene regulations. • Have a background in management of a kitchen environment. • Fluent in English, speaking & writing. • Experience in a Nursing Home / Hospital environment an advantage.
