The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for leading out on Horizons’ internal HIQA Regulation 23 audit processes which will assist in ensuring the quality and safety of services for the people we support, and staff, and to continuously improve the quality of care we deliver. Remuneration: Salary scales are in line with the HSE Consolidated pay scales for Social Care Leader & Clinical Nurse Manager 2. Social Care Leader: €55,793 to €65,155, a 7 point pay scale. Clinical Nurse Manager 2: €60,854 to €76,897 an 11 point pay scale. * Requirements for all applicants: Not less than five years post registration experience to include a minimum of three years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
