Your Role: The Security Department Support is a Level 5 position and presents an opportunity to work in a unique environment within Group Operations. You will be part of the Security Team and required to support all Security Office activity. You will provide effective administrative supports and place a strong emphasis on compliance. The role requires constant interaction with the Branch Network and the wider Group in relation to Security issues and incidents. You will be required to engage and manage relationships with external stakeholders, participate in, and support Security Office Projects. Your Team: Direct line reporting: Assistant Security Manager Indirect line reporting: The Security Manager. Your Responsibilities: ·        Proactively support Security Team response to serious incidents and sensitive investigations ·        Proactively support and contribute to all functional and operational aspects of the Group Security Office ·        Support Security Manager develop and implement Bank-wide security policies and supporting tools . ·        Support administration associated with issue of Access Control Cards and ensure SLAs targets are maintained. ·        Support general office administration eg. IPOS –invoice ·        Maintain Security Database ·        Support Group Security Projects ·        Represent Security Office at Internal/External fora ·        Liaise with External Agencies when necessary. ·        Contribute to and participate in Group Crisis Management teams and training ·        Conduct regular procedural and process compliance checks Risk Management & Control Physical Security: ·        Conduct Regular Security Policy & Procedure compliance checks ·        Assist with management of identified Risk Controls ·        Proactively escalate issues associated with Risk Control ·        Input to the design and implementation of all security related measures to ensure the safeguarding of colleagues and customers as they engage with the Bank. ·        Collaboratively work with the Security Team to develop and maintain relevant security procedures in respect of threats to personal security (Bank raids, kidnappings etc.) and ensure colleague awareness of same. ·        Advocate for Security awareness at all opportunities Stakeholder Engagement ·        Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the Retail Leadership Team responsible for the operation of the Bank’s branch network.
