Operations Officer
Main Purpose of Job: The postholder will be a lead member of the Ardhowen Theatre management team, supervising and managing matters to ensure the smooth and safe operations at the Ardhowen Theatre. There are four key areas of work:
Marketing And Engagement Assistant
Main Purpose of Job The role may be delivered as one full-time post or two part-time posts, based at one of the venues. The postholder will lead and deliver effective marketing, communications, and audience development for Strule Arts Centre and The Ardhowen, enhancing visibility, engagement, repeat attendance, and income generation across both venues. The postholder will develop and implement targeted, creative marketing strategies across digital, print, and broadcast platforms to promote events and activities to both B2C and B2B audiences. They will also support programme development, engage key stakeholders, contribute to venue operations, and assist in the promotion of wider Fermanagh and Omagh District Council events and the broader arts and cultural offer across the district.
Administrative Assistant
Main Purpose of Job The postholder will provide administrative support to ensure the effective operation of Strule Arts Centre and The Ardhowen. The postholder will manage venue administration, contract management, customer invoicing and supplier settlements, procurement, income and expenditure reporting, and compliance. The postholder will work collaboratively to support operational delivery, customer service excellence, and the achievement of service targets.
Technical & Facilities Assistant
Main Purpose of Job The Technical & Facilities Assistant(s) will be responsible for supporting both the technical and facility aspects of events, performances, conferences, exhibitions, classes, and other activities at the venue. As a scheduled Duty Technician, the postholder(s) will ensure the safe operation of events, assist with venue maintenance, and contribute to the overall smooth running and upkeep of the facility.
