We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator to join our team in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, main Peugeot, Renault & Dacia dealer. This is a fast paced and busy role where you’ll take responsibility for your customers, acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever they visit us to get their car serviced, or when they need help or advice with the upkeep of their vehicle. Our customer service team really are at the heart of ensuring our world class service is delivered so it is crucial we acknowledge our customers, respond quickly and aim to get the service right first time and every time. Role & Responsibilities: Handling and accurate scheduling of appointments according to customers’ needs. Liaising with customers and agreeing costs. Finalising and explaining of invoices to customers. Ability to promote our service range & promotions. Understanding and implementation of manufacturer’s warranty policies & procedures & administration of warranty claims. Quality control of vehicles prior to delivery to customer. Control and implementation of necessary manufacturer’s standards and procedures. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers. Liaising with in-house body shop and workshop Maintaining fluctuating workloads. Candidate Requirements: ∙ Have excellent communication skills and be organised at all times. ∙ The candidate must have excellent customer service and be professional. ∙ Must be motivated and driven to perform to the best of their ability ∙ Must be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team ∙ Must have excellent attention to detail ∙ Excellent computer skills are required. ∙ Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage. Phlebotomist
Randox Health are delighted to announce our new retail partnership with industry giants John Lewis & Partners. With this exciting expansion of our clinic network, we are currently looking to recruit a phlebotomist based in Cheltenham, to drive this innovative venture. The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an active role in providing exceptional service to clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience whilst in the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. The phlebotomist may also be required to travel to client sites/pop up clinics to take samples on occasion. You will contribute to the business by driving sales and will endeavour to grow awareness of the Randox Health brand by promoting our extensive range of preventative health testing. You will be enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and a high level of attention to detail. High energy is a must, and you must be willing to participate in internal and external promotional activity and events, as well as conduct daily appointments for a wide variety of different health checks. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
