OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: The post holder is responsible for all administrative duties within the Procurement Department. The post holder will ensure that all orders are placed within an acceptable time, expedite orders to ensure on time delivery and will be expected to communicate any supply issues to Procurement Specialists and the procurement Supervisor. Expedite Order confirmations and agree delivery dates with suppliers 3. Ensure the purchase order system is maintained and kept up to date at all times 4.
