However, unless you score the highest marks at the interview and are placed high up on the panel, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to either your no 1 or 2 choices Graduate Planner Development Programme As a Graduate Planner recruit you will take part in a structured development Programme which will be delivered over the duration of your contract.
