Chocolate Tasters and Customer Service Specialist Wanted

Calling all Chocolate Lovers – we just found the best job ever, Chocolate Tasters!! Only catch is that this role is in Berkshire…but don’t fret, there’s also a job going in Coolock, Dublin with the same company for a Customer Service Specialist if you want to get close to the chocolate!

1. Chocolate Tasters

Purpose of the Role 

Our Chocolate Tasters are key in helping Mondelez perfect and launch an entirely new product all over the world by tasting and providing feedback just like our consumers. You will work alongside approximately 11 Chocolate Tasters and a panel leader; sharing opinions and collaborating with others to reach an agreement on taste. No experience is required as full training will be provided to develop your taste buds and the specific vocabulary required to communicate your opinions. 

Please be aware that this is a part time position with positions available to work either 7.5 hours Tuesday-Thursday 12.15pm-2.45pm; 8 hours Monday-Thursday 3pm-5pm or 8 hours Monday-Thursday 10am-12pm on a weekly ongoing basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be able to taste chocolate products and give objective and honest feedback
  • Work within a team of panelists to share opinions and collaborate to reach an agreement on taste
  • Use a clearly defined vocabulary to describe products and aid in the discrimination between products
  • Be consistent in the results given
  • Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct

  • A communicative personality to build great relationships with your panel

2. Customer Service Specialist

The Role:

With specific responsibility for an assigned group of Mondelez customers, the Customer Service Specialist will own the Order to Delivery process with focus on service excellence. Key daily focus is order management from capture to planning and delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders from stock fulfilment to delivery.
  • Ensure that all day to day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate and timely manner. 
  • Manage escalations for complaints / disputes for all customers, handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 
  • Work with local Commercial teams and 3rd parties to maximise customer experience.
  • Contribute to reporting process for Customer and Internal analysis
  • Attend customer review meetings.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • SAP order entry experience key.
  • Awareness of FMCG Industry
  • 3rd Level Qualification – Diploma Level, preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous Customer Service/Account Management/Order Entry or similar experience
  • Previous Customer Facing Role Languages:
  • Fluent English written and spoken
