QQI Advanced Certificate in Auctioneering and Property Services – Level 6

The Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship is a two-year ‘earn and learn’ advanced certificate programme, combining on-the-job training with academic study.

The government-supported programme was developed by the CDETB in partnership with the Property Services industry. There are no courses charges for the apprentice. This programme leads to an Advanced Certificate in Auctioneering and Property Services and allows apprenticeships to hit the ground running early in their career.

Apprentices spend four days a week in the workplace and attend college one day per week. The apprentice is supported in the workplace by a mentor and a structured programme of on-the-job training and development.
