The role is also responsible for measuring the performance of the execution of the supply plan in meeting the demand requirements. The role will interface with Production site lead, Production Line leads, Engineering leads, Financial site lead, Customer service lead and IBP leads to ensure that the site is providing a high quality integrated supply plan for the scope defined within the franchise. What you will do: • Work directly with the Program Leaders to develop the capital plan for the development of the capital plan for the Decines site and deliver business objectives as part of the integration program Responsible for assisting in the development of a world class-manufacturing group that is proficient in process improvement and problem-solving manufacturing issues using Six-Sigma tools. • Line performance monitoring, and the compilation and execution of structured event plans to remediate systemic issues that drive sub-optimal performance. • Development and implementation of appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Draft CER requests. •Provide engineering support for new process introduction, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with Stryker New product Development Process.
