Ideally, you will have experience in an environment focused on physical and neurological conditions in a management capacity and be able to engage with all stakeholders. You will have experience conducting audits, evaluations, incident reviews, and/or investigations, as well as strong analytical and report writing skills. Good communication skills and the ability to identify and assess issues and propose solutions are also essential.
