Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community-based charity providing person-centred support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities across County Meath. We operate multiple residential homes and a dedicated respite service, empowering individuals to live meaningful lives within their own communities. We currently provide services in Kells, Navan, and Ashbourne. Clann Mór is a voluntary organisation, with charitable status. We are registered with HIQA. We have full time, part time and relief positions for: Community Based Support Staff (CBSS). Minimum Requirements: • QQI Level 5 qualification in Health or Social Care. • Proven experience in disability services, ideally within residential and respite settings. • Solid understanding of HIQA standards and compliance. • Full, clean driving licence with a requirement to drive as part of the role. • Energetic and motivated individual with strong work ethic, ambition, and excellent communication skills. • Flexible approach to work schedules, including availability for shift work, weekends, and overnight hours. • Highly motivated to pursue ongoing training and development, viewing CPD as a vital part of professional growth. Skills and Experience Desirable• Previous experience with cash flow forecasting. Essential• Qualified/ part-qualified AAT (level 3 at a minimum)/ equivalent or qualified by experience.• Sage 200 experience.• Ability to analyse and problem solve.• Previous experience in a treasury related role.• The ability to find efficiencies in processes and implement changes for continuous improvement.• Intermediate/ advance Excel knowledge.
