It oversees both the treatment and management of over 3.3 billion litres of water and wastewater daily, while maintaining an extensive network of infrastructure assets and pipelines. At the same time, it ensures a high-quality experience for domestic and non-domestic customers, managing billing, customer interactions, and strategy implementation through the Customer Contact Centre. Together, Asset and Customer Operations work seamlessly to provide safe, reliable and efficient water services to communities nationwide. ▪ Our Infrastructure Delivery Directorate is managing the delivery of an unprecedented programme of capital investment in Ireland's water infrastructure. Infrastructure Delivery is made up of 5 distinct and related functions- Water, Wastewater, Water Supply Project, Commercial and Portfolio. The Directorate aims to Transform Ireland’s water infrastructure by delivering timely, essential, value for money water services. ▪ Our Asset Management & Sustainability Directorate is responsible for strategic planning, prioritisation, and development of Uisce Éireann’s Capital Works ensuring Irish Water’s capital investment portfolio is developed and managed to deliver benefits to customers, stakeholders, the environment and the wider society as well as providing environmental assessment and management expertise across Uisce Éireann.
