Job Purpose The Marketing Executive will support the planning, development and delivery of the company’s marketing activity, helping to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. Working across a range of digital and traditional marketing channels, the role will involve creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, supporting social media activity, producing promotional materials and working with colleagues across the business to promote products, services and key initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the planning, development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and other channels. • Create engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, email campaigns, promotional materials and other marketing communications. • Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels, including scheduling content and responding appropriately to engagement. • Support the development and implementation of the company’s marketing and promotional calendar. • Work with internal teams and individual locations to identify marketing opportunities and provide promotional support. • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including posters, leaflets, signage and digital content. • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional and consistent with company branding. • Assist with website updates and ensure online information remains accurate and up to date. • Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications. • Assist with the promotion of new products, services, events, offers and company initiatives. • Liaise with external suppliers, designers, printers and other marketing partners where required. • Support the organisation and promotion of company events, community initiatives and promotional activities. • Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement and other marketing metrics. • Produce reports and provide recommendations to help improve future marketing activity. • Carry out market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for development. • Take photographs and create appropriate visual content for marketing purposes where required. • Maintain marketing files, image libraries, promotional materials and other marketing resources. • Ensure marketing activity complies with relevant company policies, brand guidelines and applicable advertising and data protection requirements. • Undertake any other reasonable duties consistent with the role. Person Specification Essential • Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media or a similar role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Good organisational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously. • Creative approach with the ability to develop engaging marketing content. • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. • Confident using Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team. • Professional, positive and proactive approach. • Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. Desirable • Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline. • Experience within a retail or multi-site business. • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software. • Experience with email marketing platforms and website content management systems. • Knowledge of SEO, paid social media or digital advertising. • Experience analysing marketing performance and producing reports. • Experience coordinating events, promotions or community campaigns. Assistant Accountant

Location: The Braid, Ballymena Main Purpose of Job: This role sits within our Finance pillar in the newly created Corporate & Support Services Directorate. Reporting to one of the Accountants, within the team you will play a key role in supporting the accountants across various aspects of financial management, reporting and analysis. You will assist the accountants within the team in contributing to accurate and timely financial management, reporting and compliance within the Council. Your role will entail maintaining financial records, preparing journals, completing reconciliation’s and analysing financial data to support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will play a supporting role in assisting with the budgeting, forecasting, capital accounting or treasury management. Programme Manager
