The emerging Personalized Medicine era which targets treatment options to specific individuals for enhanced efficacy, requires radical diagnostic solutions to identify the patients who will benefit most. The Randox Biochip Array Technology is designed to simultaneously report a multiplicity of protein molecules/biomarkers from a single sample allowing a patient profile to be established. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to embrace cutting edge research and experience novel technologies in the development of novel multiplexed assays. The position is based within our Immunoassay Development Department where teams of highly innovative scientists are continuously developing novel diagnostic tests in disease areas including Renal Disease, Stroke, Inflammation, Oncology, Neurodegeneration, Autoimmune Disease, Gastrointestinal Disorders and Animal Health. Randox Teoranta provides an opportunity to gain experience in assay development and validation in an ISO 13485 accredited environment.
