Purpose of the Role The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive family and person-centred care in adolescent and young adult (AYA) haematology/Oncology throughout the hospital (13+ years at diagnosis). We are offering a six‑month fixed‑term opportunity to gain meaningful frontline experience with one of Northern Ireland’s leading homelessness charities. We are seeking a Housing Solutions Support Worker to support the delivery of essential, multi‑agency services for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Working closely with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, you will use Housing Solutions approaches to provide practical, person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs. As a Housing Solutions Support Worker, you will play a key role in assisting clients at the point of referral, delivering tailored housing-related support to existing service users, and supporting individuals as they transition from Simon Community services into more independent living arrangements.
