What we’re looking for A natural communicator who's confident approaching new people and building rapport quickly. Someone who enjoys being out in the community and is equally comfortable working independently from home. A self-starter who’s motivated, persistent, and comfortable taking the lead on outreach activities. Strong communication skills — both face-to-face and over the phone — with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences. Resilience, enthusiasm, and the drive to keep going even when plans change or challenges pop up. Solid organisational skills to manage multiple projects across two locations. A full driving licence, as travel between Longford and Athlone is essential. What you’ll get from us €14.35 per hour, plus a performance related bonus.
