Behaviour Specialist Permanent Full-time Role (35 hours), based on Children's Disability Network Team, Balbriggan, Clontarf, Swords and Waterford (Part-time Hours will be considered) The CRC Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT) provide intervention to children from the age of 0-18 years, presenting with complex developmental needs requiring inter-disciplinary intervention. Our services are based upon a Family Centered Practice Model in line with the Progressing Disability Services. During 2024 the CRC has embarked on a programme of organistional transformation. Partnering with the Virginia Mason Institute world leaders in supporting healthcare organisations through continuous improvement and transformational change. The Behaviour Specialist will provide specialist expertise in the area of Positive Behaviour Support. The post holder will be a key member of a CDNT providing a family centred and quality service to children with complex needs designing the supports needed to help children reach their full potential, meet their goals and become as independent as possible. This will include detailed Functional Assessments of Behaviour.
